Denton & Associates' founder John E. Denton entered the insurance and security field in 1986. By 1994, he was ready to start his practice so that he could provide the customer-focused service we still strive for today. Now joined by wife Susan Denton and their son Chris, Denton & Associates continues to provide the expert insurance knowledge, combined with the compassionate service you can only find at a family-owned company. Our agency is an independent agency, therefore we can represent any product licensed through the State of Tennessee.

The Ten Guidelines That We Follow

1. Give the client the best service that we could provide.
2. Make every effort to save the client's money on their products without loss of benefits.
3. Establish a "need” for that particular product before anything would be sold to a client.
4. Do not replace the product that doesn't have a good reason for replacing it.
5. Always be upfront with the client and tell them the truth.
6. Continually survey the market for better products for our clients.
7. Strive to do the due diligence on each company we use staying with A-rated or better companies if at all possible.
8. Become an expert in the products we are selling.
9. Never let money be the factor in making a sale!
10. Use multiple companies to fit the individual needs of different clients.
